Sunday School
We welcome you and your friends to join us for an hour of:
Joy Excitement Surprises the Unexpected and Seeking
A group of nine-year-olds were asked to describe Sunday School at St Peter's Church 'we learn about God and Jesus', 'we play games and sometimes have a treasure hunt', 'we have singing, eat food and sometimes have a video about Jesus', ' we see our friends'.This sums up St Peter's Sunday School. We meet in the Church Hall every Sunday during term time between 10.00 and 11.00 am. Ages 3-11 years. Informal, lively and friendly, enabling children to discover Jesus as a friend and Saviour.

This is a group for 11 to 14 year olds. we meet at 10am on Sunday mornings during term time in the Church Lounge. Our aim is to encourage our group to develop their relationship with Jesus and to learn more about his teachings through games, videos, discussions and prayer.Pathfinders also enjoy craft sessions, outings and an annual weekend away. We always welcome new members.

Friday Crew
From 7:30 to 9pm each Friday evening in term time, about 30 of us gather in the Church hall for fun, games, tuck, and a bit of a hilarious time!
As well as table-tennis, pool, and table football, we play a variety of other games, often stirring up quite a pitch of competitive excitement! But we also have quieter activities - table top games, crafts, varnishing your nails and just chilling out to music.
Friday Crew is part of a National Organisation (Crusaders) and from time to time we will be joining in national events - the first of which will be an athletics championship in Barnet this autumn. We only started the group at the end of February and in the future we may well take part in camps, weekends away, and more local activities like going bowling or swimming.
The group is for all young people in school years 7 to 10. It costs 50 p on the door, and you can bring extra money for tuck. We have five trained, adult leaders, including the vicar of St Peter's, Chris Cottee.
If you'd like to join, just come along!
